Ordering products from Creative Coatings and Deco Material & Design is primarily done via our online store. Otherwise, the order can be made by phone or e-mail. You can also visit our showroom at Björklund and Winquist at Kungsholmstorg 10 in Stockholm.

Pigments and colors
The color reproduction in different computer screens is often misleading and we can therefore not be responsible for our images of color samples / pigments that are in our webshop completely matching the real colors.
We reserve the right to make printing errors, errors in information, on all articles in our range. All image information on our pages must be seen as illustrations, and we can not guarantee that the image reflects the exact appearance and nature of the product.
Delivery time is for the stocked items is normally 2 - 8 working days from the order but we reserve the right to partial delivery according to practice. Estimated delivery time is always stated on the order confirmation and sent to you via email after it has been handled. If faster delivery or special requests are desired, you can contact us.
When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail with information about your order as soon as possible, within two working days. Always save the order confirmation to have on hand in any contacts with us.
Payment is made via card or advance payment for all customers who are not registered contract customers.
Shipping costs are always added to all orders. The shipping cost is compiled and displayed after you have chosen to "Go to checkout".
If the goods are damaged or lost during transport, our shipping company is responsible for payment. However, you must notify us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005: 59), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. In order to be able to regret and return goods, it is required that they have not been affected or destroyed in any way. The returned goods must be in unused and undamaged condition in original packaging.
As a customer, you have an obligation to check that the delivery you received matches your order. All complaints about incorrectly delivered goods must be made before the use of the products.
Packaging that has been opened or damaged in any way cannot be returned. The same applies to goods that have been exposed to moisture and / or frost after completion of delivery. If the product in any way appears damaged during delivery, see "Complaint".
If you regret the purchase, you will have to pay return shipping yourself. If the item is lost in a return shipping, you as the customer are responsible for payment. In the event of any transport damage, the right of withdrawal is of course still there, but keep in mind that complaints must be made immediately after receipt.
The warranty for all our products is 1 year after delivery date. Creative Coatings and Deco Material are not responsible for the application of the products or damage and problems that arise after application.
We guarantee that the goods you ordered are faultless upon delivery. Should you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, you must contact us as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 days. We then deliver a faultless and correct item as soon as possible. Incorrectly delivered goods must be in unused, undamaged and unbroken condition. Return the item together with the invoice or a copy of this. Fill in the reason for the return on the back of the invoice NOTE! Before you return defective / incorrectly delivered goods, you must contact us to have the complaint approved and the return postage paid. The liability for defects in ordered goods is limited to the above. All complaints must be made prior to application of the products. We are not responsible for unwanted color changes or structures after application. Instructions for use must be followed.
Untriggered / delivered goods
If we receive packages that have not been redeemed from the delivery point or the delivery is made more difficult / delayed / impossible due to incorrect information from you as a customer (wrong address, telephone number, name, etc.), we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred. in connection with such handling / shipping / return.
Disputes under these terms shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law. Further information about your right as a customer when trading via the Internet can be found at the Swedish Consumer Agency, www.konsumentverket.se.
We take responsibility for all personal information, such as name, address and e-mail, which you provide to us or which we receive when you shop with us. All such information is used only within the company's computer system and is handled in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL). The information will be used for the purpose of us being able to fulfill our obligations to you at the time of purchase and provide you with good service. It can be about delivering the goods you ordered, announcing the order status, or giving you information about news, promotions and offers.
